Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² house with sea view and air conditioning for rent in Conca, 300 m from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good-sized bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with sea view, queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) - Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful garden of 1,600 m², east-facing and enclosed with furniture - An east-facing 34 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather! The house is ideally located in Conca, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Swimming and relaxing on the beaches of Tarco and Favone - Hiking along the coastal paths and inland from Conca - Access to the start of the GR20 in Conca (mountain hiking) - Tasting of local products Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (capacity: 4 vehicles). There is also free parking close to the beautiful Tarco beach (open during the day only). As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Porto-Vecchio railway station is around 30 km away. - Figari - Sud Corse airport is around 45 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a partner concierge service. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets not allowed. - The accommodation is air-conditioned. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
