Altamira II occupies the entire top floor of a quiet residential triplex in Ampelokipi, Zakynthos, and the position makes all the difference.
The large furnished veranda faces south across olive groves, hills and mountains, with a distant glimpse of the Ionian Sea on clear days.
Sunrise hits the veranda full on. It is the kind of view that sets the tone for the whole stay. Inside, a bright open-plan apartment comfortably sleeping 10. The living area has a working fireplace, modern sofas, large TV and wide glass doors opening directly onto the veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering — oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker — though most meals end up outside. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds sleeping 4, with a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The living room has two double sofa beds sleeping a further 4. A second bathroom with bathtub serves the rest of the apartment.
Air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, safe and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Laganas Bay is a short drive south.
Zakynthos Airport is 5km away.
The nearest supermarket is 3km. A car is recommended. A cash security deposit of 300 euros is collected on arrival and returned at checkout following inspection. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
