Look forward to a spacious, bright, and fully equipped holiday apartment (90 sqm) with a balcony on the edge of our scenic Upper Swabia.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests.
Cots for small children are available on request.
It features a living room, two bedrooms, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with two sinks, shower, and bathtub.
The toilet is separate.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and underfloor heating.
Families have access to 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, as well as games and books for children. From the apartment, you can enjoy hikes with beautiful views or stroll along the nearby foot and cycle path by the stream.
The cycle path network is well developed.
Two swimming ponds are nearby (1.5 km and 3 km away). The town of Ochsenhausen is only 3 km away and offers many attractions, such as a ride on the Öchslebahn, Krummbach (with water playground), basilica with monastery, concerts, Hermann Hesse exhibition (until 11.10.), shell museum (until 30.9.), ice cream café, and restaurants. Larger cities nearby include Biberach a.d. Riß (with Jordanbad, open-air pool, climbing park) and Memmingen (nearest airport), both about 20 minutes away by car. Bad Waldsee with its town lake and wildlife park is 30 minutes away.
For day trips, Lake Constance is ideal, for example to Meersburg and Mainau Island (77 km), Pfänder (78 km), as well as the Allgäu region, such as Schloss Zeil (26 km) or Eistobel (62 km). Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the apartment.
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement.
