Villa Kanali is a comfortable villa located just a few kilometres from the center of Kassiopi.
Surrounded by beautiful olive trees, this villa offers the right ammount of privacy needed by guests during their stay, comfort and convenience, seeing as it is so close to the amenities that Kassiopi has to offer. The villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms and an annexe, a lounge and dining area which leads into a well-equipped kitchen, and, then, outside to the brick BBQ area.
There is a large swimming pool outside, with plenty of space around it for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Layout The villa has its own private gated driveway, which allows plenty of parking space.
The entrance to the main house is on the right, whereas the entrance to the comfortable annexe is on the left.
In between, there is a path which leads onto the large terrace and the swimming pool at the front of the house. Overlooking the large pool is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, TV and a fireplace.
The lounge then leads into the dining area, continuing into the kitchen, which has direct access to the BBQ terrace. The first floor consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share an en suite bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. a separate bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. The annexe has a double and twin bedroom, each with an en suite shower room and patio doors onto the villa grounds. Finally, the villa offers free Wi Fi access and air conditioning. What's Included? Maid Service: Provided on arrival and twice during the week, ensuring a pristine environment. Air conditioning: To keep cool in the hot months, or warm in the cooler months. Bed Linen and Towels: Freshly provided upon arrival and changed mid-week for continued comfort. Local Taxes and VAT: All-inclusive for a hassle-free stay.
