A vacation with us is: "The sense of doing something good for yourself at the right time and the serenity of not letting it stop you." Spend the most precious days of the year in your own newly built vacation home, far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The village of Brühl is two kilometers from the town of Weitra. The vacation home is situated on a small hill, in a very relaxed grove, with a wonderful view of Weitra Castle. Our own swimming pond invites you for a pleasant refreshment to recharge your batteries for the day, or you can simply enjoy a good glass of wine in the evening sun. Beautiful fruit trees and a fish pond stocked with various species on a total area of five hectares guarantee you additional relaxation and tranquillity! An extensive cycling and hiking network is available directly in front of the house. The Waldviertel also has a very special charm in the winter months. Enjoy a cup of tea by the crackling tiled stove after a wonderful hike, or read a cozy book. Snowshoeing is also becoming increasingly popular and allows you to immerse yourself in untouched nature. The fantastic Nebelsteinloipe (20 minutes by car) is an experience in itself in winter. Beautiful winter landscapes guarantee rest and relaxation. You won't regret getting to know the Waldviertel from its somewhat rougher side. Description of the accommodation
Wir haben versucht, das Haus so einzurichten, als würden wir selbst darin wohnen wollen. Sie sind unsere einzigen Gäste und deshalb ist Ruhe und Erholung in ihrem eigenen Ferienhaus garantiert. Zwei schöne, getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein wunderschönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und extra Dusche, ein extra WC, ein geräumiges und gemütliches Wohn-Esszimmer mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Schloss Weitra mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.) ein gemütlicher, kleiner Kachelofen, SAT TV, WLAN, Radio, Wohnraumlüftung, Föhn, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bettwäsche, genügend Handtücher und Kuscheldecken stehen zur Verfügung, alle Räume sind mit hochwertigen Holzfußböden ausgestattet und über eine zentrale Fußbodenheizung beheizt, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß erwartet sie im Haus, ein Rucksack zum Ausleihen, für Regentage ein Regenschirm, ein Griller, Sonnenschirm und Liegen stehen auf der großen Terrasse zur Verfügung, eigener PKW Parkplatz, weit verzweigtes Wander- und Radfahrnetz direkt vorm Haus, Gästemappe mit Tipps für ihren Urlaub liegt im Ferienhaus auf, Abholservice von Bus und Bahn und wir sind ein Nichtraucher Haus.
