Located near the N36 highway.
The owners live on-site. Ideally situated for exploring the treasures of Seine-et-Marne and the surrounding area. Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for business trips. This cottage is semi-detached with two other cottages (ref. 638 and 651). Private outdoor parking is available at the entrance to the property. A private garden in front of the cottage includes garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor: - A large living room with a lounge area (sofas, armchair, TV), a large dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, dishwasher). - A bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (three single beds can be made up upon request) with its own private bathroom (shower and sink). - A separate toilet. Upstairs: - One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room/WC. - One bedroom with three single beds (two can be joined to make a double bed). - One bedroom with three single beds (two can be joined to make a double bed) and an en-suite shower room. - Bathroom - Separate WC. - Included in the price: bed linen, towels, heat pump heating.

Wi-Fi. Baby cot available upon request. - Additional charge: tourist tax. - Optional service: cleaning fee (€100). - Security deposit: €800 For companies and business trips: mandatory cleaning fee (€100/fortnight). FOR NEW YEAR'S: minimum 3-night stay.

Gite de qualité a un prix défiant toute concurrence.Tout est tres bien pensé, les chambres et lits sont nombreux avec 1 salle d eau attenante a chaque chambreLiterie confortable et linge de maison impeccable.Cuisine bien pensée.Localisation parfaite.C est deja la 2eme fois qu on loue et ca ne sera pas là dernièreJe recommande vivement ce gite.

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans ce gîte. Nous avions également loué le gîte mitoyen (La Forge). Les deux gîtes offrent des prestations de belle qualité et les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
