A comfortable and welcoming 34 square meters apartment, perfect for two people, located on the first floor of a residential building (NO elevator).
The accommodation boasts a spectacular view of the Vatican dome, which is a relaxing 15-minute walk away.
The property comprises a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a small balcony, and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils) and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed (165x210 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat-screen smart TV, desk, and access to the balcony;
- SMALL BALCONY with stool and chair;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, and toilet.
OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heat pump (one split in the bedroom), electric heater, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
50-LITER STORAGE BOILER. The hot water lasts 5 minutes then you have to wait about an hour for it to fill up again.
- Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment;
- The stairs are low; watch your head;
- Do not use more than two appliances at the same time to avoid power cuts.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
The apartment is strategically located a short distance from St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant'Angelo, in a quiet, residential neighborhood yet full of amenities (bars, pubs, shops) and well-connected to the rest of the city, thanks to the Roma San Pietro station (a 4-minute walk) and numerous bus lines.
The city center can be reached on foot or by public transportation; from there, you can easily explore the city's various attractions on foot. Main distances: - St. Peter's Square: 10 minutes on foot; - Castel Sant'Angelo: 15 minutes by public transportation / 24 minutes on foot; - Pantheon: 26 minutes by public transportation; - Trevi Fountain: 39 minutes by public transportation; - Colosseum: 40 minutes by public transportation. - Carrefour Express (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot; - Buona Forchetta Pizzeria: 5 minutes on foot; - Caffetteria Pasticceria Rièkkomi (pastry shop and cafè): 6 minutes on foot. - From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino), the apartment can be reached in about 55 minutes by taking the regional train towards Fara Sabina to Roma Ostiense, where you can take the regional train towards Civitavecchia, which stops at Roma S. Pietro, 300 meters from the property. Alternatively, it will take about half an hour by car/taxi (28 km). - From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is more difficult to reach the apartment by public transportation.
We therefore recommend taking a taxi (33 km away). - From Rome Termini Station, the apartment can be reached in about 40 minutes by taking bus No. 64 to the "Stazione S. Pietro" stop, 300 meters from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 Civitavecchia or 4500 Grosseto, to the "Stazione San Pietro" stop, a 5-minute walk from the property (total journey: approximately 25 minutes). - If you're traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Parking is not included, but you can find free or paid parking nearby (not guaranteed).
