Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Baron's Court and West Kensington tube stations are within a 5 min walk. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Conveniently located close to West Kensington and Baron's Court Underground Stations, this lovely and bright apartment is fitted with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, and a living room with a TV. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedrooms have a double bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

West Kensington is a beautiful, and much sought after, area of central London. You're never too far away from a great place to eat or drink, or catch a train to other spots in the city / country. Feeling hungry? You can check out: The Latymers (British/Thai), Cacciari's (Italian), and Yas (Persian). A Tesco superstore is nearby (10 min walk) to pick up some grocery items. Some major attractions nearby include Olympia, The Design Museum, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Shepherd's Bush. And with both West Kensington and Baron’s Court stations being minutes away by foot, you'll be connected to many other spots across the city in minutes.

Great place to stay, Wifi available with good speed, room was clean and very close to Baron's court tube station (about 3 minutes walk). Checking in and out was smooth and easy. Room is located on the first floor so travelling with big luggage is very convenient.

Well-located flat Close to the underground Too bad because there were 5 of us and there are only 4 chairs No coffee maker Quite cold in the flat even with the heating Poor insulation

Great stay. Nice house. Only issue was the WiFi wasn’t working during my stay for unfortunate / bad timing reasons. Other than that it was great!
