Outside, you can make use of the private pool, measuring 12 metres long by 7 metres wide, with depths ranging from 1 metre to 2.70 metres.
The outdoor area also includes a private playground, volleyball net, and a charming pergola, ideal for relaxing while admiring the mountain landscape.
The garden offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding away from the daily hustle, yet close to all necessary amenities. There are 6 shared parking spaces available in the garage.
Pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed on the property.
