Step inside and you’ll find a generous open-plan living space that brings everyone together.
The kitchen is smartly arranged for those who enjoy cooking, and there’s plenty of room around the dining table to linger over a meal or map out the day’s plans.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, while a downstairs WC adds to the practical touches.
The sitting room provides a comfortable setting to relax and recharge, with a Smart TV and electric fire adding a touch of homely warmth for quieter evenings in.
Step outside to find a private, enclosed garden with both lawn and patio areas.
With outdoor furniture in place, it’s a lovely spot for a relaxed breakfast, a glass of something cold, or simply to soak in the stillness of the countryside.
All three bedrooms have been thoughtfully finished to offer a restful end to each day, and with each one boasting its own en-suite, there’s no queue for the shower in the morning.

Lakeside Lodge, a wonderful holiday home, consists of a kitchen with combi microwave/oven, range oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, and wine chiller, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and WC, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size with en-suites and ground-floor king-size with en-suite. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture and private driveway parking available. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Return year after year to Lakeside Lodge. Lakeside Lodge is part of the Lakedown Brewing company and guests will receive 10% off the taproom , on-site fly fishing and the 8 Bells pub in Hawkhurst .
