Casa Pujades is a contemporary 130 m² duplex penthouse in a quiet area of Barcelona, offering four stylish bedrooms, light-filled interiors and two balconies with sweeping city views.
Set across two levels, the apartment features a sleek open-plan living and dining space with tropical timber floors, modern furnishings and a well-equipped galley kitchen.
The top floor includes a twin bedroom and cloakroom, while the lower level houses the master suite with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, two further twin rooms, a family bathroom and laundry area.
Each bedroom opens onto a balcony with city vistas. Located close to Selva de Mar metro and just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is well connected for exploring the city.
Nearby, guests will find vibrant cafes, bars, restaurants, and two large shopping centres.
