Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The Umberto Delgado Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared swimming pool.This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Excellent location, beautiful view, very comfortable unit. Clearer instructions for the parking are required (no parking spot number was given), although having the parking was fantastic. More towels and cutlery would be nice. Being right on the beach front was spectacular, however the road noise was at times loud.

Our stay was during November and we had a quite rainy week, but the apartment was absolutely perfect with an amazing beach view and it felt cozy and comfortable. The town was not too busy with lots of locals, really enjoyed our time.
The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped to cook full meals and the bathroom was very spacious and clean.

We had a fantastic stay, although we weren't lucky with the weather; the excellent conditions of the flat made for a fantastic stay. The sea view is stunning and the flat has excellent conditions for 2 people.
