We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Poblenou, is just a 10-minute walk away. Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights). This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for a stay 3 minutes away from the beach.
The apartment features a terrace, sea views, and a spacious living room with plenty of room to relax.
The property is also conveniently located close to local stores, making it convenient for any shopping needed during your stay. Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV with streaming and a dining table.
It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy breathtaking sea views while sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs. There are three bedrooms.
The master suite combines comfort and style, with a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom for a touch of modern luxury.
The second room has a queen-size bed, and the third room has a single bed. All beds come with fresh linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

El Poblenou is a vast district with hip cafes and tapas bars along Rambla de Poblenou Boulevard and converted factories housing tech offices and design showrooms. Sights around Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes include Els Encants flea market, the futuristic Barcelona Design Museum and the Torre Agbar skyscraper, designed by Jean Nouvel. Dotted with ice cream vendors, Bogatell Beach is a popular spot for volleyball. It's very close to the beach (5 minutes) and shops (5 minutes).

Nice located, big rooms but a bit dirty. Easy check in. Cleaning crew was a bit earlier then Check Out time but still friendly
