Santa Station is just an 8-minute walk.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.
Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights) Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

With simple furnishings this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed in one room, and a single bed in the other.
You'll find inside a kitchen with the basics for home cooking, fresh towels and bed linens.
There’s also a an iron.
Just a heads up: it’s on the 4th floor (5th by US count) with no elevator, so be ready for a bit of a climb.
A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary.

Located in the centre of Barcelona, this vibrant city offers unique experiences and a variety of cuisines nearby the apartment. With a 13 minutes walk to Joan Miró Park and an 8 minutes walk to Jardins de Magalí, you can peacefully relax and lighten your day. Sants station is an 8 minutes walk, and you can explore some of the city's most iconic landmarks, such as the breathtaking Sagrada Familia Cathedral and Guell's Park. Stroll through the La Rambla and explore the famous La Boqueria market for tasty "tapas".

just as you would expect, small but cosy, close to Sans and camp nou, very well communicated, close to bakeries, supermarkets, bus stops etc, I liked it a lot.

Very good, well located, 20 minutes from the campsite on foot, the only problem was the lack of soap holders in the bathroom, otherwise perfect.

Location was the primary driver in selecting this residence for our stay. As noted by others apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. City and regional taxes are charged and paid separately which adds a significant amount to the cost and are not transparent in how they are charged (not itemized).
Other than that the apartment is typical for the area and complete.
