My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Guy Môquet (line 13) - just 4 mins away on foot.
Another station, La Fourche (line: 13) is just 5-mins walk from the flat.
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35-mins drive from the flat.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Welcome to my 57m² apartment on the 1st floor in the heart of Épinettes district at 17th Arrondissement in Paris.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideally located minutes from the Guy Môquet metro, you can enjoy a charming stay exploring Paris! Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished with chic decors, this charming apartment is close to many of Paris' top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa, a big TV, and a fireplace, relax in the living room after spending a long day in the city.
The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, a toaster, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There's also a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
A smoke detector is installed for your safety.
You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
The flat is always professionally cleaned for your safety.

Residents of the 17th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional architectural offer. In addition to the Haussmannian buildings, the district is home to sumptuous neo-Renaissance style buildings. For art lovers, visit the Henner Museum, dedicated to the eponymous French artist. This is a very family-oriented district, which therefore offers many places to stroll with the family, such as the Promenade Pereire. For a moment of relaxation, head to the brand new Parc de Clichy-Batignolles, the Square des Batignolles or the magnificent Cité des Fleurs, which gives the impression of walking through a village in the heart of the capital. Continue your walk to either the Poncelet or the Batignolles market, markets famous for their organic products. To eat there, head towards Rue Truffaut. To go out, don't miss the trendy bars on the Place de Clichy, as well as the restaurants and wine bars in the Batignolles district.

Clean and well equipped appartment in a quiet neighbourhood close to public transport, restaurants and nice shops. Easy (for us) to walk to the centre of Paris but far enough out to escape the buzz. Loved it, thank you

Our stay in this flat went magnificently well. Everything was as we expected. You can trust the description, it was everything we expected and more. We loved the area, close to everything, metro, groceries, patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and little shops.
I highly recommend it if you want to have a good time in a safe and very Parisian place.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Leider stimmten die Building Codes nicht und wir mussten eine Stunde warten, bis ein Hausbewohner uns rein liess und uns die richtigen Codes gegeben hat. Außerdem fragt der Veranstalter, wo wir die Schlüssel abgegeben haben, obwohl wir sie wie gewünscht im Keynest abgegeben haben, wo wir sie bekommen haben. Die Organisation könnte also verbessert werden.
