This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The place was clean, easy access and secure
: Easy access to Main Street and buses
There was a water leak by the kitchen door, which I reported, the extension double plug under the window wasn't fitted with correct fittings and came out of the wall when I unplugged the plug to the lamp
The toilet itself was very low and not good for someone with bad knees

I really enjoyed my stay. Very unique experience for me. It was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous cosy room, very clean. As a woman staying on my own I found it extremely safe and secure which was great. I would recommend for sure and will use again in the future. Thank you so very much!!!!

Perfect location for Ally Pally and in general. Aldi 2 min a walk away and lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the road
