I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Woodside Park, is just a 15-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

It's a well-located apartment, everything is new, but when you have shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, cleaning should be done daily, and unfortunately, that didn't happen. Other guests were unpolaid and left the bathrooms in a very dirty state, including not flushing the toilet.

Great location with plenty of choice for food and drink etc, easy access into London with tube 5 mins walk away.
Room, bathrooms and kitchen all clean and tidy. Comfy bed
