Villa 3 is an impressive holiday abode in the village of Mullion in Cornwall.
It has seaside views alongside facilities such as heated swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym, and a spa, so it makes for an ideal location for a group or a family to have a getaway.
Throw yourself into the holiday spirit as you skip into your new home from home.
Walk up the stairs to enter the welcoming open-plan living space.
Open up the bi-fold doors to revel in the sunlight smashing down onto the balcony.
Sit down with a drink or enjoy the soothing breeze on the two sofas as you flick on the Smart TV.
After settling in, go for a wander to let the little ones run wild on the playground or test your tennis skills.
Make sure you have some swimwear for a dip in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pool.
Dry off, then feel at one with the world in the spa before feeling like something to eat.
Either use the onsite restaurant or come back to your holiday base to make the most of the kitchen.
The electric oven and hobs will assist you in making something delicious that will have everyone sitting around the dining table.
Once you’ve eaten together, go downstairs and outside to enjoy a drink together to watch the sunset.
Come back in when you catch yourself yawning while looking up at the stars.
Get some rest in one of the three double beds before a refreshing shower in the en-suite or a lovely soak in the bath to start the day off right.

Villa 3 consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and TV, a double, and a double (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a seaside retreat at Villa 3. Note: Guests have access to a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children’s playground, bar, restaurant and spa that are onsite.
Please note, the onsite facilities (heated swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, outdoor children playground, bar, restaurant and spa) at Villa 3 will not be available from the 1st January 2026 to the beginning of April 2026 - As a result, a 10% discount will be automatically to your booking - Please do contact Cornish Cottage Holidays should you wish to discuss further.
