We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest Bus stop, Av Náufragos, is just a 2-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 56-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment in Sesimbra is perfect for couples looking to stay in a calm area.

It is located on the 1st floor and has elevator access. Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa, enjoy your favourite shows on the wide-screen TV, or dine at the table.
The large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Step out onto the balcony, furnished for your comfort, and take in the stunning sea view. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. Rest well in the first bedroom with a homely queen bed, wardrobe, and balcony access for a breath of fresh air.
The second bedroom offers two single beds and a wardrobe.
Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. Refresh in the bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

De Sesimbra no seu geral e do apartamento ser enfrente ao mar. Foi muito bom adorei Sesimbra espero voltar em breve ❤️❤️❤️
Não tinha máquina de café, esqueceram-se de saco lixo na casa de banho e para férias em agosto deveriam ter um guarda sol para a mesa no exterior e uma máquina de lavar roupa.

Great view to the sea. Bright and fresh apartment. However, I was annoyed that toilet paper was only available for one day, after that you have to fix yourself. I think that on the one hand it should be clearer so you are prepared and on the other hand I think that toilet paper is an essential that the host should be responsible for throughout the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay, lots of positives and nothing to complain about in terms of space, except for the coffee maker. There were capsules, but no capsule machine available, only a machine that needs a filter and powder. For those staying at the house, bring paper filters and ground coffee. Other than that, the house and the experience were all amazing!
