Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest tram stop, Estação De Santo Amaro, is just a 2-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Our 55 sqm apartment provides an ideal base for those interested in Lisbon's rich culture and history.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. the flat is very good. i felt at home. everything was spotlessly clean. close to markets and transport.
Just one observation: the only thing missing was a heater in the minus bedroom.
but I'd still recommend it.

Completely happy and worth every cent of the stay
I liked everything! Extremely clean flat, everything we need, very good bed, perfect location, close to everything. And the host was always quick to answer any questions. It was a memorable experience, I loved everything
