Brione lies on sunny hill position above Locarno.
This always very well maintained property consists of two houses: Casa Rustico and Casa Moderne.
The two units are rented either together or it is possible just rent the Casa Moderne.
This holiday idyll lies in full nature, in quiet and sunny location in the lower part of the village with panoramic view of the lake and the surroundings mountains.
Pool area with outdoor swimming pool inca.
Counter current system (ca. 5 m x 9 m, open from April until end of October, weather permitting) and lying terrace with granite stone table. 1 floor above the pool large garden area with further granite stone table and garden furniture.
In front of the Casa Rustico covered loggia with big wood table and outdoor grill.
Recreation room with ping-pong table and Lounge to relax.
Driveway to house.
Sauna.
Reserved garage for 1 car and parking space for 1-2 more cars in front of the garage.
Charging station for electric cars (for a fee). Bus stop about 500 m. Shops and village centre about 1 km. Lake about 5 km. Bed and kitchen linen available as well as 2 baby cots until ca. 2 years.
Babyphone.
Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets permitted.
Smoking allowed only in the outdoor area. In high season July+August only both houses together can be rented.
In the remaining periods it’s possible to rent just Casa Moderne but with a maximum of 4 persons.
So the Casa Rustico will be closed but all other amenities are at desposal.
