The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys.
This villa features a private outdoor area, complete with a pool, garden, playground, and outdoor shower. Pool open from May to September, from 9 am to 11:30 pm. There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Breakfast service included. In-person check-out and check-in. CCTV system in the outdoor area, living room and hallway.
