The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use.
This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
This villa features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, five balconies, and a barbecue. This property features access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool (available between May and September), a children's pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a playground, and an outdoor shower.
Additionally, there is a heated indoor pool (available between October and April) for your enjoyment. The villa is located 1.5 km from the beaches and the Neiva river mouth, with restaurants nearby.
Viana do Castelo is just 15 minutes away, Quinta da Malafaia is a 5-minute drive, and the Porto Airport is reachable within 40 minutes.
Porto itself is 50 km away, and the area features scenic hiking trails. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee).
Please note that the shared areas are only accessible for pets on a leash. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are expected to observe quiet hours in the housing zone. Please note that the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Entertainment amenities include a ping-pong table, bikes, and board games.
