Living room opening onto a south-facing terrace, dining area and relaxation area, fully equipped fitted kitchen. 3 bedrooms on the upper level (2 double beds, including 1 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 140 x 190 cm bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds), one of the bedrooms has a balcony and independent access.
Access to the upper floor is via a narrow and slightly steep spiral staircase.
Shower room - WC upstairs and separate WC on the ground floor.
Washing machine.
Electric heating.
Wi-Fi access.
Baby bed and chair available.
Private outdoor space with reserved parking space, garden furniture, barbecue.
Equipment room available in the garden shed.
Sheets and towels provided, beds made.
