This semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 5 people (4 Adults and 1 Child) with 2 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.
Walking distance to the Beach. Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room. Kitchen The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Athena has 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Additional bed available: 1 Single Sofa Bed. Bathrooms Villa Athena has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 3 W/C. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

We had an amazing stay at the Villa Athena in Agia Marina, Paphos District! The 2-bedroom villa was the perfect home away from home for our group of 4, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. We absolutely fell in love with the beautiful beaches, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants just a stone's throw away.

What a dreamy retreat! Set in the picturesque Agia Marina, we woke up to breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and spent our days exploring the nearby beaches, charming cafes, and rich history of Paphos District.
