Our Residence Villa Punta Amare is just a staircase length away from the marvelous Morcone Beach in the municipality of Capoliveri.
Characterized by a long stretch of golden sand and crystalline waters, this enchanting bay captivates visitors with its natural charm and relaxed atmosphere. Its turquoise waters are perfect for swimming and water sports enthusiasts will find a true underwater paradise for snorkeling. For those looking for a break from the sun and sea, there are bars and restaurants along the beach offering delicious local dishes and refreshing drinks. We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%, or we send a link with a discount code where guests can independently purchase tickets even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries. Among our offerings, we also provide a rental service for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates. Vista su Morcone is a residence directly overlooking the splendid Morcone Beach.
Positioned in a privileged location, this villa offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear waters and golden sands of this enchanting bay. With its enviable position and timeless charm, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation on the beautiful Morcone Beach. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, a sea-view terrace equipped for outdoor dining, and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle.
It's also ideal for our four-legged friends.
Private parking is available.
The last 100 meters to reach the property are on a dirt road. Important Notes: Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00. Check-out: by 9:00 am. Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen.
Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 20 for the single bed and 40 euro for the double bed to be paid locally, arranged at least 7 days before the arrival date.
Delivery of bed linens and laundries only in our office in Portoferraio. Pets are allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. BBQ area is shared with other customers and must be left clean after use.
