Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you.
However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.

Great location, and very comfortable apartment. Remote control batteries and light globes could be checked and replaced as needed. The lift also didn’t open on the ground floor a few times - requiring us to press return to the apartment level and start the lift again. Loved the evening time views of the Acropolis - just fantastic with a Rose and takeaway!

Location is great ! Communication mostly prompt and helpful.
We paid for early check in, the apartment was not ready when we arrived.
Spacious and comfortable rooms. However, the shower and vanity sink needs to be cleaned , very slow to drain.
We found numerous recyclable items in a kitchen cabinet.
