Villa Kalami Beach, modern and stylish, enjoys a privileged location just 500m away from Kalami Bay, famous for its relaxing atmosphere, upmarket tavernas, as well as for having been home of Gerald Durrell who described this little gem blessed by the turquoise Ionian Sea as a real paradise.
Offering brethtaking sea-views, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a generously sized private pool (that can be heated on request) and all the comforts of a superior holiday home, Villa Kalami Beach is set to impress not only for its location, but also for its charme.
Spending long hours enjoying a refreshing dip in the infinity-style pool or enjoying the views of the yachts passing by or chilling out in the air-conditioned interiors will be a truly memorable experience in the most exclusive and upmarket area of Corfu.
Additionally, with the perfect beach resort of Kalami just 500m below the villa (reached through a footpath among the olive groves), with a taverna just 100m away and a bus stop a few steps away, a car is not essential! Inside, the accommodation is set over 2 floors and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living room with kitchen and dining area.
Outside, large terraces are located both on the ground and the upper floor to enjoy most of the glorious views. On the ground floor of Kalami Beach Villa there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins, the twin beds can be joined to form a double if required). The master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms feature a modern and stylish en-suite shower room.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price 24/7), carefully furnished and open straight to the panoramic terrace at the front of the villa. The main living area is located on the upper floor and features a large open plan kitchen/living room as well as an extra shower room.
The lounge (equipped with fireplace, satellite TV - free channels, smart TV, wi-fi internet connection, air-conditioning) is finished to a very high standard and is full of light, with big patio doors opening straight to the sea-facing terraces.
The purposedly built kitchen is equipped with all the best appliances for self-catering holidays: 4 cooking rings, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine.
Mosquito nets are fitted in all the windows. Outside, the infinity-style private swimming pool is set at the side of the villa and is surrounded by a private terrace with 6 sunbeds and parasols.
This is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the views and the boats passing-by. The pool measures 6.5m x 4.5m, depth is between 0.9m - 1.6m and the swimming pool is beautifully lit at night.
The swimming pool can be heated on request (at extra charge, payable locally). A brick-built barbecue with outdoor shaded dining area is also available for delicious al-fresco meals.
Private parking is available within the grounds.
Please note that the pool is open and available every year from 1st April until 1st November. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.

Forse la casa che ha offerto il panorama più bello da quando ho iniziato a viaggiare 20 anni fa.. Nulla da dire.. anche gli interni e la comodità dei letti.. consigliatissimo La piscina non ha rivali.. non c’è nulla di negativo da dire.. tutto perfetto

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are stunning and it is a great place to gather with friends and family. The property is at the top of Kalami Bay and there is a steep walk down to the Bay so I would recommend a car. Overall a great stay, thank you Maria!

It’s clearly not a low / mid budget place - but the villa was great, everything you need, amazing views from villa and and pool. Everything worked. The host was attentive and responsive. Unless you are 16-18 yrs old in which case go to BarbatiYpsos - for rest of us Kalami is the best all round. place for a high quality, beautiful Corfu break. Family of 6 had great time
