This property is rented for stays of more than 31 nights and less than 11 months.Beautiful flat recently refurbished with a very cosy decoration near Park Güell, so you can enjoy nature just a few minutes away, and close to the Vallcarca metro stop (L3), which also has good connections with bus lines. It has a double bedroom on the ground floor and an open room with two single beds upstairs. The bathroom and the kitchen-dining room are fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for day-to-day living, and there is also a work area on the upper floor. The living room is perfect to disconnect for a while while you have breakfast, read, watch TV or just need a break. It is a perfect flat for students or business people who need to stay temporarily in the city.

The property is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone.

For those under 25 years of age, a double deposit will be charged from 28 May 2024.
On the day of your arrival, the keys will be handed over and we will explain how to get to the flat as well as how it works, we will also tell you how to get around the city as well as recommendations of where to eat, leisure areas etc...
Guests are advised that the property reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check-in.
The flat is for the exclusive use of our guests, it is not shared with anyone else. The flat is equipped with a set of towels (2 per person) as well as gel and shampoo.
Our flat complies with all the legal requirements of the authorities. It has a secure tourist licence and a 24-hour contact telephone number for any kind of incident. For all these reasons we will ask you for personal information (name, passport and usual address) before your arrival in order to be accredited and prepare the relevant contracts.
If the guests' consumption is excessive, it will be applied as an expense in the reduction of the deposit.Once the flat is rented, guests will be charged 30% of one month's rent for bookings of 0 to 3 months / 60% of one month's rent for bookings of 3 to 6 months / 100% of one month's rent for bookings of more than 6 months, as an 'agency fee'.
