This is a private and comfortable studio on a houseboat which is very nicely decorated.
Through the big sliding window door you can enter your own private deck which will give you a nice view over the water.
You can enjoy 2 bikes for free at the property to explore the neighbourhood and ofcourse the city! The houseboat is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and suitable for people who are looking for a quiet base to discover Amsterdam. Private studio with own bedroom, bathroom and terrace. *It's important to note that loud music or any parties/events are not allowed at this accommodation* Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Not suitable for children or infants.
Additional rules: - * No smoking sigarets inside nor cannabis - * Please be quiet after 9pm because of theneighbours - Check in time is from 3-8pm afterward I have to charge ⬠30 for hiring someone to let you in - Check out 11am We look forward to hosting you. We are always reachable via chat, mail and phone: +31 85 0187 719 The studio is located in the hippest area of Amsterdam North close to the NDSM and a few minutes away from the ferry that will take you within 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central station/inner city. It feels more like a mini cruise than public transport! The area is booming with lots of bars and restaurants and occasionally a festival.
You are also close to Eye Amsterdam, Amsterdam Tower and the waterfront. In what seems like direct contrast to the cutting-edge vibe, this area also has loads of lovely little villages that are ideal for exploring on foot, by bicycle or by water.
Historic villages such as Nieuwendam, Ransdorp and Zunderdorp have authentic stolpboerderijen (traditional Dutch farmhouses with roofs built in the shape of a cheese-cover), wooden houses, canal locks and impressive polder views. !*It's important to note that music or any parties/events are not allowed at this accommodation*! You have a private lounge with a kitchenette and a comfortable sofa.
The lounge is connected with a sliding door/window to a small and sunny terrace where you can drink your coffee and enjoy the water view.
By climbing a small stair you will get to your bedroom with a double bed and a window. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay at my place. !*It's important to note that music or any parties/events are not allowed at this accommodation*!
