Conveniently located near excellent transport links and the vibrant Woolwich town centre, the property is accessible within 15 minutes by foot from the Elizabeth Line, DLR Station, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and local amenities. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Internet access & Smart TV. - 3 bedrooms & 2 double beds & 1 single bed. - 2 bathrooms & 1 walk-in shower & 1 over-bath shower. - Linen, towels and essential toiletries are included.
A washing machine is available for longer stays. - Parking available 1 min walk away from the property on Durham Rise and Vicarage Road Local Attractions and Activities: - The Royal Artillery Museum (5 minutes walking). - Beresford Square Market (5 minutes walking). - Royal Arsenal Riverside (5 minutes walking). - Thames Barrier Park (5 minutes driving). - Shrewsbury Park (10 minutes driving). - Crossness Pumping Station (10 minutes driving). House Rules: - Check-in time is between 4PM - 11PM & Check-out time is 11AM. - Smoking is not allowed at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Parties and events are not allowed at the property. - Kindly note that keys to the property will only be handed over to the guest who made the booking. - The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell featuring a security camera.
Please note that the camera must not be covered or obstructed under any circumstances, and the Wi-Fi must remain switched on at all times. - Due to previous incidents, we are required to verify the identity of all guests before handing over the keys.
A valid form of identification must be presented by each guest upon check-in. - Please be advised that failure to comply with the house rules may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
