Located in Villanueva Del Arzobispo, the Country House Casa Arroyo Colmenar offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, heating, free firewood for the fireplace as well as a washing machine.
The Country House features a private outdoor area with a pool (open from April/May until October), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue.
The host recommends visiting the Parque Natural Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, and the Guadalquivir River. 5 parking spaces are available on the property.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Das Haus war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool bot genug Platz zum Schwimmen und Toben. Die Terrasse sowie der gesamte Außenbereich boten ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Auch für die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen...
Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt!
Zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt war die Möglichkeit zum Grillen wegen Trockenheit und Brandgefahr nicht gegeben.
