Happy Villa is a portion of a lakefront villa located in San Felice del Benaco.
The spacious flat can accommodate up to six guests and is all on the ground floor.
Surrounded by a wonderful private garden it includes a spacious terrace furnished with table, chairs and rocking chairs, the perfect location to enjoy the splendid lake view.
Inside we find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large table and living room with sofa.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first with a double bed, a second with a sofa bed and the third with two single beds; there are also two bathrooms with shower cubicles.
The property also has a basement for storage with deckchairs for use during the stay and two bicycles for children.
The villa has ample parking space that will be shared with the other portion of the villa.
This property has waste separation guidelines.
A cot and high chair are also available in this flat on request.
Additional services include: internet connection, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, TV, washing machine, heating, towels and bed linen. Guests have direct access to the beach and the characteristic lakeside restaurants.
