- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

- A 6 m² terrace with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's parking lot (a private space is reserved for you).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Bondy 700 m away (10 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport 19 km (34 min by car)
