Altamira I is a well-appointed first-floor apartment in a quiet residential triplex on the southern side of Zakynthos, offering comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area with two sofa beds — ideal for families or groups travelling together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the living area has a television and generous seating for everyone. Step outside onto the veranda and you have a wide view across the green valley and hills — a natural spot for morning coffee or a long evening meal.
The veranda is furnished with an outdoor dining table and a canopied swing seat. Throughout: full air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and private parking.
The bathroom has a full bathtub and an in-unit washing machine.
Pets welcome.
Baby cot and high chair available on request. Check-in is a personal key handover — Panos meets every guest at the property and is available throughout the stay.
A 300 euro cash security deposit is collected on arrival and returned in full at checkout. Altamira I shares a building with Altamira II and Tumeremos — ideal for larger groups who want adjacent apartments with private spaces. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
