Amazing Penthouse with Large Terrace next to Centro Medico Teknon120 m² duplex apartment in Barcelona with a beautiful 20 m² private terrace where you can relax after working hours or after visiting Barcelona. On the first floor of the duplex attic there are 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds. All of them come with fresh linen. It has 2 bathrooms, each one of them with fresh towels so that you do not need to worry about anything!
On the same floor there is the living/dining are very nicely decorated and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge, fridge/freezer and vitroceramic cook top. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with an iron, a hair dryer, a TV, washing and drying machine.
On the second floor there is 1-bedroom with double bed and you will find your private terrace on this floor.
The attic has A/C. Heating is also provided for a comfortable winter getaway and wireless Internet for those who can't leave work behind. The flat has parking places upon request for those ones who come with their car. the parking cost is 25€ per night and per car

It is very close to the traditional neighborhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.
