Ground floor: the large living dining room with TV, fireplace and dining table, the kitchen with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. Small room with the washing machine and the iron. 1 double bedroom en-suite bathroom with bath.
First floor: 1 double bedroom en-suite bathrooms with shower. 2 twin bedrooms en-suite bathrooms with shower, in one of these there is a double sofa bed (120cm) which is suitable for children.
Private porch with barbecue/ Shared swimming pool(14 x 7 m) 1,5 km from the house.
2 dogs maximum. 8 € / day, 40 € / week.
Bookings July and August, stays 6 nights,Saturday to Friday.
Situated in a property dedicated to agriculture and forestry. Surrounded by fields and woodland. The estate has a total of 6 independent houses, this one it is located 1.5 km from the main part.
Private covered porch with garden furniture and a brick barbecue. Also, a playground with slide and sand pit.
On the main part of the estate there are the following services to share with the other houses
Fenced swimming pool (14 x 7 m) with a shallow area and garden furniture.
Playground with slide, swings and a toy house.
Porch with ping-pong tables.
Sport field with basket hoop and football goals.
The place is ideal for excursions of all kinds: walking, horse-riding, by a four-wheel drive vehicle or by bicycle. The landmarks in the area are: the Mountain of Tuixent, the town of Port Del Comte, the romanesque church of Olius, the Dolmen in Llenera, the gothic, romanesque and baroque cathedral of Solsona, the romanesque ruins in Navès, the spring of Cardener, the modernist cemetery in Olius, the Salt Mountain in Cardona. You can also go trekking, fishing, horse riding, playing golf (10 km. away) and skiing (30 km. away).
