Welcome to this inviting Parisian apartment in the authentic Batignolles district.
Bright and fully equipped, it’s perfect for two. Living room: Sofa bed (170 x 93 cm with mattress topper), dining table for two, portable air conditioner (can be moved to the bedroom in hot weather). In case of exceptional heat, a second rolling air conditioner and a large fan will be available in the bedroom.
An extra sleeping option is available; the vacuum-packed duvet is in the entryway closet. Bedroom: Double bed (140 x 200 cm) with hybrid mattress, drawer storage, clothes rack, Smart TV with streaming services, desk, and fan. Bed linen provided. Kitchen: Quiet fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven, two ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker with thermos, toaster, and tea towels. Bathroom: Large shower, electric water heater, towel warmer, new fast-cycle washing machine, and hairdryer. 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person included.
Please do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time (humidity/safety). WC: Separate with window. Check-in: Self check-in via key box, instructions sent before arrival.

House rules: - Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am. - Do not use the washing machine and shower at the same time. - For cleaning the sink and hobs: use the white anti-limescale spray (under the sink) and the green side of the sponge, then dry with paper towels. - Spray the red chlorine bleach on the shower floor regularly. - Leave the bathroom window open for 5 minutes after showering.

Top Lage. Restaurants und Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Auch die Metro Stationen sind höchstens 10 Minuten entfernt.
Im Appartement war alles da für den täglichen Gebrauch-Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher.
Der Gastgeber war beim Check-in anwesend, ist sehr freundlich, hat uns kurz in alles eingeführt.
Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem. Soll laut Gastgeber aber demnächst ausgetauscht werden.

Nous avons passés une semaine de vacances (dont la soirée de Noël) dans cet appartement sous le toit et c'était un très bon choix : il est assez grand, bien équipé, bien situé et bien chauffé (ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein hiver). Les hôtes sont accueillants et joignables en cas de questions...

Owner available and accommodating. Great location and clean but modest unit. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Toilette in a closet, can't close door.
