This beautiful holiday home accommodates 18 guests in a prime location, directly by the Wadden Sea and near the causeway to Rømø.
Built in 2023 on a natural plot, this summer house has been designed to offer both togetherness and tranquility.
Spread across two floors, the 250-square-metre holiday home is just 100 metres from the Wadden Sea and a short drive or cycle to the wide sandy beach on the North Sea.
Comfortable activity house perfect for extended families Located at Gl Færgevej 11, this 2023-built holiday home accommodates up to 18 guests.
The open-plan kitchen with kitchen island, combined with the living and dining area, serves as the group's gathering point.
Alongside ample space for preparing delicious meals and socialising, it offers panoramic views directly over the magnificent Wadden Sea. A spacious communal area with flat-screen television invites relaxation on the sofa suite or quiet reading.
The games room offers entertainment with a pool table.
All living and sleeping areas feature wood laminate flooring. The ground floor comprises three double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and one guest WC.
The first floor features six double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
The bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday home includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two energy-efficient heat pumps help reduce electricity consumption by half. The owner has installed smart TV with apps, including several German channels.
Enjoy the great outdoors On the open terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine and sea air from comfortable garden furniture and loungers while taking in the sparkling Wadden Sea views.
Your dog is welcome to join you on walks to the water. In the evenings, enjoy summer barbecues while the children use up their remaining energy in the grounds.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the swimming spa, situated alongside the outdoor hot tub.
Some guests can relax in the water with a cool glass of rosé enjoying the Wadden Sea views, while others stay active in the swimming spa.
If arriving by electric car, you can charge it directly at the holiday home. Rømø - near the Wadden Sea and miles of sandy beaches This unique location offers the chance to experience the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea up close - Europe's largest feeding ground for migratory birds.

Ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus, mit genügend Platz.
Sehr schön gelegen, der Blick ist unbezahlbar.
Die Einrichtung ist auch in Ordnung, die Stühle am Esstisch sind vielleicht von der Farbwahl des Bezuges für ein Ferienhaus unpassend, und sind ein bisschen verwohnt.
Es ist alles im Ganzen aber ein super Ferienhaus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Schönes Haus mit tollem Whirlpool. Die Aussicht ist grossartig. Leider ist es sehr warm und es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz.

Das war Haus war wirklich wunderschön.
Die Aussicht atemberaubend, vorallem wenn morgens die Sonne aufgeht!
