The holiday apartment "Le Figuier" in Fréjus impresses you with its sea view.
This 75 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. You have a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, open and covered terraces furnished for outdoor dining, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is close to the beach, with public transport within walking distance.
The Roc d'Azur, famous for mountain biking, passes 300 m from the house.
At 2 km, you will find an excellent spot for kite surfing and wing foiling, as well as beautiful hiking routes, especially in the Massif de l'Estérel. Two parking spaces are available on the fenced private property.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed.
Please note: two Weimaraners live on site, but fences prevent their access to the apartment and to the pool, which is also fenced.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The interior is step-free. A babysitting service is available.
Beach and pool towels are provided.
Bicycles are offered (available for an extra fee) and a bike storage room is at your disposal.
The property practices waste separation and features energy-saving lighting. - Bikes provided Payment 30,00 € per person

Vriendelijke verhuurders
Voor ons echt een herhaling als onze hond gaat hemelen. Hij kon niet overweg met de 2 honden van eigenaresse en dat was voor onze hond beetje stressvol
Voor de rest 10 punten 👍👍👍👍
Het rekening houden met de honden van verhuurder. Minder fijn om steeds te moeten appe als je weg wilt (met auto of te voet)
Poort gaat dan open en honden lopen dan weg
