The beautiful modern Villa Antica is located near the sea in the outskirts of old Rovinj.
One of its most beautiful features is the large pool in the courtyard.
The villa itself can accommodate up to seven people.
It consists of two houses, the main house and a studio apartment.
The main house has an open plan living and dining area, as well as three bedrooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two rooms each have a single bed. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub where you can relax.
Outside, you can relax with a cold drink on the terrace or on the sun loungers by the pool or swim in the 72 m² pool.
There is also a barbecue where you can prepare great meals.
The studio apartment offers a little more privacy compared to the main house.
It consists of a living room with a double bed for two people and has a bathroom with a shower.

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Privatsphäre. Sauber, gepflegt, mit großem Pool und Grundstück. Lage top, nahe zum Meer, zu gastronomischen Einrichtungen und in die Altstadt von Rovinj Besonders hervorzuheben ist für uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unserer Gastgeberin. Alles in allem haben wir uns mit unserem Hund rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und einem schönen großen Garten mit Pool. Die Lage zum Meer ist auch sehr gut gelegen.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend,wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
