Villa Kyriaki is in the neighborhood of Vlachatika, only a few meters above the well-known tourist village of Kalami, where the English author Lawrence Durrell lived here and where, among the green plumes of cypress trees and the shuffling shadows of olive branches — their charcoal-black trunks thick and gnarled like walnuts — he discovered his own voice as writer.
The property is situated on the crest of a small hill, providing its visitors with beautiful and unimpeded views of the Albanian coast as well as an unrivalled sunrise view.
The villa Kyriaki, which includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms, is suitable for large parties or anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a stylish setting. As you walk into the villa Kyriaki, you come across one of the two large living rooms, which has a terrace and a beautiful view of the Ionian sea. A small kitchenette and a w/c are also located on the same floor.
The internal staircase leads to the first floor where the bedrooms are. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms, both with twin beds, are on the same floor and have en-suite bathrooms.
Each one of the top floor bedrooms has a private balcony with views of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor of the building you find the main living room, the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen, and the dining area.
The large balcony door of the living room leads you to the pool, which has a beautiful view of the sea in Kalami.
Guests can spend their time relaxing and having fun while absorbing all that nature and this unique house offer lavishly.
On the same level, you’ll find the master bedroom and the family bathroom. Experience luxury in our villa’s fifth bedroom, available only for groups of nine or ten. Conveniently located opposite the main entrance, it offers privacy and comfort.

The pool was great and the dining area's lovely so we enjoyed some lovely meals together. Had some fabulous times in some of the beach side bars in Kalami village
Bit of a taxing walk to the Village. Not going down but walking back up a fairly steep hill. Weren't any chairs in on the balconies.

Overall a very nice villa, lots of space, amazing view and well maintained and we had a great stay. A couple of improvements: whilst the kitchen is well equipped there’s a distinct lack of drinking glasses or enough electric points. Not sure why there’s a second kitchen, it’s redundant, just make ...

Amazing villa on the side of a hill with a spectacular view over the bay below.
A path just 20metres up the road leads down to the village and is about a 7 minute walk.
The restaurant next door is lovely, but remember to book.
Several places to eat down in the village too.
