The villa Rocca in La Herradura is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 20 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
On top of that, a pool table is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 baby cots are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a pool, multiple terraces, a covered terrace, balconies, and a barbecue. A wide selection of bars and restaurants, the Marina del Este harbor and beaches are within a 25-minute walk. The property was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. 9 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. The terraces (over 500 m²) are located in several different positions so that there is sun (or shade) all day long. - Beach/pool towels Payment 70,00 € per stay

Die Zusammenarbeit mit Cristina, der Property Managerin, war hervorragend – professionell, zuverlässig und ausgesprochen kundenorientiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre schnelle Reaktionszeit: Rückmeldungen und Erklärungen erfolgten stets zeitnah, klar und hilfreich.
Auch Catalina hat als Caterer...
Es wird nicht transparent kommuniziert, dass Holidu keine Rechnung für die Buchung ausstellt. Ebenso wird nicht ausreichend darauf hingewiesen, dass zusätzliche Kosten – beispielsweise für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strom – separat direkt an den Eigentümer zu überweisen sind. Mehr Transparenz im Buchungsprozess wäre hier wünschenswert, um Missverständnisse und unnötigen Mehraufwand zu vermeiden.
