The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1995, was renovated in 2003 and is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, central heating. Facilities: baby cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, 4 m x 10 m, depth 1,5 m).
