Villa Riva is a new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached holiday villa located on the golf courses of the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort.
Villa Riva has a fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms with lots of light.
From the moment you enter Villa Riva you will be embraced by the luxurious quality.
The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all (bed)rooms have air conditioning system.
The living room and kitchen are an open living space with large windows and sliding doors that allow maximum light to enter. The kitchen is equipped with all desirable modern appliances & is equipped with drinkable tap water.
The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden.
Here is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra guest toilet. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms all with large balcony and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
From every room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea. 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom plus the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The living room and the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with international TV channels and WIFI.
Villa Riva has approx. 100 m2 of outdoor terrace space and a barbecue with plenty of cozy seating.
You can dine with 12 people on the outdoor terrace. You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with a saltwater swimming pool (8×4 mtr), which can be heated in the colder months.
There is also a table tennis table available.
Parking options on private driveway for several cars. Just minutes away from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, making it the ideal holiday residence for golfers.
The detached house is located right next to the 15th hole of the Santa Clara golf course and only a 4 minutes drive from the beach! You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga airport in 30 minutes and to Puerto Banus in 15 minutes.
There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive where the famous beachlubs such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach club are located.
The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & gym). The urbanisation (24 detached houses) is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security.
The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanisation. Villa Riva is a beautiful holiday villa in a fantastic location on the golf course with a heated salt water swimming pool.

Dom jest duży, wygodny, pięknie umeblowany. Strefa przed domem - podgrzewany basen, taras CUDOWNE !! Wyposażenie kuchni doskonałe ! Niczego nam nie brakowało. Stół do tenisa był bardzo fajnym dodatkiem. Dom umiejscowiony jest na zamkniętym osiedlu i zapewnia dużo prywatności. Gospodarz włożył w nieg...
Lokalizacja to ogromny minus - dom znajduje się w tej części osiedla , która położona jest tuż przy ruchliwej autostradzie. Nie słychać ptaszków, tylko ciągły i przeszkadzający szum samochodów.
