In the heart of the PARC DE LA MOUTTE, one of the most beautiful private estates in Saint-Tropez, on the edge of the Salins beach (the house is a 200-meter walk from the beach), 5 minutes by car from the town center, beautiful single-storey house in a condominium (large property divided into 4 lots) comfortably accommodating 10 people.
The house is in its original state, with period earthenware bathrooms, floor tiles that have been preserved since the house was built, and original white plaster walls inside and pink outside.
Air conditioning is not available.
It comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a staircase leading to a roof terrace overlooking the entire Park.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds purchased in 2024, and three other bedrooms have 160-140 beds and two 90s beds that are several years old.
You also have a private garden, as well as, shared with the 3 neighbors of the property, a large swimming pool and a large parking area accessible outside the park with automatic gate and electric car socket.
You can also park another car in front of the house inside the park.
LE PARC DE LA MOUTTE is a 25-hectare tropical park, fenced and guarded, with two tennis courts, one quick and the other synthetic, direct access to the beautiful Salins beach, and a large seaside swimming pool with lifeguard surveillance in July and August.
