Villa Orchard is aptly named, as it surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a peaceful rural valley a short distance from Zakynthos town and the Bay of Laganas.
This fully independent villa (one of four on a small development each standing in its own large private garden) is a short drive (or even a walk) to local restaurants and supermarkets and a 10 minute drive to the glorious beach on Laganas Bay or into Zakynthos town for some shopping therapy or an evening out on the town. Villa Orchard is modern and ideally fitted out for a relaxing summer break with cool, neutral colour schemes and attractive furnishings – an additional living area/study also provides accommodation for a ninth person if needed. The garden with large paved area, offering a very attractive shaded dining area and built in barbecue, has a large area of lawn where you can simply enjoy your private swimming pool, whilst gazing out to the peaceful surrounding countryside and distant mountains. An added advantage is that Orchard could be booked in conjunction with adjacent Villa Rodi for larger groups, giving each party their privacy but being able to enjoy their holiday side by side. *TV is Greek Satellite TV with gives you access to multiple channels in English Language This property has staircase railings that feature larger gaps, reflecting the villa's original or traditional design.
Please take extra care in these areas, especially if you are travelling with children.
We strongly recommend close supervision at all times. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps.
The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide.
The path to the poolside is 100cm wide.
There is a small lip down from the patio doors to the terrace.
The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled.
The pool itself has ladder access.
Inside, the ground floor bedroom doors are 76cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 78cm wide.
There are 17 steps to the first floor.

Very good spacious villa which suits large numbers and value for money. In the taxi it's called Melagrano Villas and not Villa Orchard as they will not know where that is. BBQ is great There is no table tennis table.

Good size villa in quiet location. Could get by using taxis rather than hiring a car but with a big party (16 of us) we needed a car for shopping. Friendly staff at Solmar Villas and the staff on site.
