The living space for this property is open plan with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area for four and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms, 2nd double is a small double suitable for one adults or two children and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a front non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking a short walk from the property. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, a river, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome and this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Note: Within the grounds of the owner’s house. Note: Second bedroom accessed through bathroom
NOTE: A party will be taking place on the 12th August close to the property, the owners welcome you to join if you book the property.
