The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 5 people.
Other features include WiFi (suitable for video calls), 3 Smart TVs, heating and air conditioning. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a heated pool (open from the beginning of April to the end of October), a garden, 2 open terraces, a balcony and a barbecue. Stephansplatz, the main train station and the City Air Terminal (with trains to the airport) can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes. A laundry service, breakfast and a selection of drinks are available on request and for a fee. A car park is available on the property, and parking is also possible on the public road. Families with children are welcome. A pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Please adhere to the nightly rest between 10pm - 8am. The accommodation has recycling guidelines. This accommodation has light and water saving facilities. After booking, please fill in the Holidu contact form sent to you by email completely and include your address.
