The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a fan.
Air conditioning (cold and hot air) is available in the living room and in the upper bedroom. There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. A Golfcourse is located next to Chiaramonti (25km).
This Golfcourse is open all year round.
The booking can be made online.
P&P can be played on uneven and normal course on even days. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. This property features energy-saving lighting.

Great staying in and old bar, very clean and spacious, very quirky, loved it!
Karl and Marco great hosts they are never far away away if anything needed.
Will certainly go again
Nothing to not enjoy, would have loved a balcony but didn't stay in long enough anyway , always out and about on this beautiful island 🏝️💓

Die Wohnung versteckte sich hinter dem Dorfplatz in einer typischen sardischen Häuserzeile. War früher mal eine Bar, die sehr funktional in eine Ferienwohnung umgebaut wurde.
Diese beeinhaltete alle Annehmlichkeiten (Gasherd, Mikrowelle, sämtliche Küchenutensilien für vier Personen, großer Esstisch...
Die Lage des Dorfes ist für Ausflüge nicht wirklich geeignet, da es mind. 36 sehr kurvige km zur Nordküste (Castelsardo) und 66 km zur Westküste (Alghero) sind.
Dies sollte bei der Planung des Urlaubs - je nach Vorhaben - eingeplant werden. Wir waren da etwas zu schnell und blauäugig rangegangen.
